Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nordson-Sealant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Northstar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nordson-Sealant such as the 12502090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Em0408C1505 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSD35102487 by Manufacturer Northstar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Norgren Brand SPUSR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nippon such as SVTS3080 equipment made by Nippon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nippon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nippon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CE02AA7AAA00 made by Norgren as well as the popular PANEL5000B191WT original spares produced by Nodka
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSAZLTA500ACE by Nikki-Denso and SVTS3080 spares by Nippon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
